For nearly 15 years I worked in an industry that I stumbled into completely by accident.  While I was successful and accomplished in my rise to an executive position, I was never completed satisfied with what I was doing.  My career had simply become a job, and I became complacent, unchallenged and basically bored.    An opportunity arose for me to take some time to focus on making a change in my professional life, so I took it.
